Madhya Pradesh Governor Ram Naresh Yadav's son Shailesh Yadav, whose name surfaced recently as an accused in the infamous Vyapam scam, was found dead at his residence in Lucknow on Wednesday under mysterious conditions.
A brain haemorrhage was suspected as the cause of his death, police sources said. He had been served notice by the Special Task Force (STF), which has been probing the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) scam, recently.
"We have got information that Shailesh Yadav, aged about 50, died at the official residence of MP Governor Ram Naresh Yadav at Mall Avenue locality here", Gautampalli Police Station in-charge, Vidrendra Bahadur Singh told PTI.

Shailesh was accused of accepting money from some candidates to help them clear MPPEB exams. Even his father, who has been admitted to a private hospital in Bhopal, is an accused in the scam.
Alleging involvement of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, senior Congress leader and former CM Digvijaya Singh has been demanding an FIR against him and a probe by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into the scam.
