Chinese fans of Lenovo have a new device to look forward to. The manufacturer has just launched a new phone, which will go against names such as Xiaomi and Meizu, companies that already have a large user-base in the country.
The smartphone, Lenovo K3 Note is a 5.5-inch phablet with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution which runs on octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor. Other features include 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera, as well as a 3000mAh battery.
The dual-sim device is 4G LTE enabled and has a thickness of 7.6mm and is made using bright yellow polycarbonate. The flashy yellow color makes the phone stand out in a crowd. It remains to be seen whether it will be able to carve out a place for itself in the competitive Chinese smartphone arena. The budget smartphone has been priced from $128 and $166( Rs.7961- Rs.10,325 roughly). The availability of the gadget on a global scale is not yet known.
