All Xiaomi Mi Bands sold out in 22 seconds in second flash sale ;

Chinese tech company Xiaomi sold out all units of its Mi Band fitness tracker in just 22 seconds on Tuesday. This was the second flash sale for the Mi Band, held exclusively on Xiaomi's official Mi.com online store.
Unlike its first flash sale, the second sale was a regular affair; the company put up units on regular price of Rs.999.

The debut sale, more a 'Special Preview' saw Xiaomi selling the Mi Band at an introductory price of Re.1 to registered buyers. A total of 1,000 such units were made available.
Last time, 1,000 units of the Mi Band went out of stock in just 7 seconds.
The company did not disclose the exact number of units that went up on sale in the second flash sale beforehand. Interestingly, it has still not revealed the number, even post the sale.
Unlike its smartphone/tablet offerings, Xiaomi is not selling its Mi Band on Flipkart; rather it's selling it on Mi.com.
Launched in India on April 23, along with the company's Mi 4i smartphone, the Mi Band is Xiaomi's entry into the world of fitness tracking and body vitals monitoring.
The Mi Band is a fitness and sleep tracking band with an estimated battery life of 30 days. It is water resistant and comes in a wide variety of colours like Blue, Pink, Brown, Black, Purple and Grey.
