After ruling our hearts in 2014, Queen actor Kangana Ranaut is coming back with better and powerful roles this year. Kangana will not only be seen in the sequel of Tanu Weds Manu, she will reportedly play the role of Sarabjit's sister in Hansal Mehta's upcoming film too.
The actor has been approached by the filmmaker to play Sarabjit's sister Dalbir. The film will revolves around her struggle to get Sarabjit back from Pakistan. Although the hunt is on for an actor to essay Sarabjit's role, Kangana has already heard the script and finding it challenging already.
She spoke with a leading tabloid and said, "The role spans 16-46 years and is a challenge in itself. I myself share a really close bond with my siblings.Rangoli is around four years older than me but there's just a gap of a year-and-a-half between me and my younger brother who is a pilot. We've grown up eating from each other's plates so I can completely empathise with the relationship Dalbir and Sarabjit shared."
Hoping Hansal who is known for great cinema drawn from real life stories will create great impact with this one too.
