Delhi faces cold and foggy morning, 15 trains delayed ;

The cold and fog continued unabated, with 15 trains delayed on Wednesday as visibility in the morning was less than 50 metres.Northern Railway officials said trains were running late and one was rescheduled.
"There was dense fog in the morning. The day's maximum temperature is likely to hover around 21 degrees Celsius," IANS quoted an official of the India Meteorological Department.
 
 
The minimum temperature settled at 11.3 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average. Humidity was 97 per cent at 8.30 a.m.

Tuesday's maximum temperature was 23.1 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average and the minimum temperature was 13.1 degrees Celsius, five notches below the season's average.
